This lovely Victorian sterling silver-topped 10KT yellow gold brooch/pendant is designed in a radiating starburst motif set with 31 natural diamonds, featuring a combination of old European-cut, old mine-cut, and single-cut diamonds, all arranged throughout the dimensional star design.
