S2711 - Tahiti Grape

Available from Seattle Pottery Supply when we last checked. Sold from the shop’s own store; the price there is the one that counts.

Cone 06: (1st image) Tahiti Grape is a semi-opaque blue base glaze with gray and white crystals that melt/bloom and black specks. Cone 6: (2nd image) Base glaze fades – crystals fade and melt; speckles remain. Enhanced mobility. Surface issues may occur. Jungle Gems ™ Crystal Glazes transform in the kiln when the small pieces of glass frit burst into color and intricate patterns during the firing process. Artists use these beautiful glazes to add dramatic, colorful effects to their creations.
