Opius Albedo is a handcrafted 0.0% non-alcoholic botanical elixir from Belgium, built around fennel seed, juniper, cardamom, cloves, and star anise. Anise leads the way, followed by softer warming spice, aromatic herbs, and a subtle bitterness on the finish. It's distinctive and wonderfully savory, with a flavor profile that lands somewhere between an herbal spirit and an old-world digestif. Opius doesn't try to imitate gin or another traditional spirit.
