Oddbird Blanc de Blancs is a dry, dealcoholized sparkling wine from Languedoc-Roussillon in southern France, made from Chardonnay and Colombard. Crisp Granny Smith apple, lemon peel and lime meet subtle honey and almond, with fine bubbles, bright acidity and a soft creaminess from extended aging on the lees. Fresh and elegant without being austere, it has considerably more texture and complexity than the average non-alcoholic sparkling wine. Oddbird Blanc de Blancs contains 0.0% ABV. Why We Love
