Zeronimo Zweigelt is a non-alcoholic red wine from Austria’s Burgenland region, made entirely from Zweigelt grapes. From Neckenmarkter Hochberg’s 50-plus-year-old vines, it spends 15 months in small oak barrels before gentle dealcoholization by vacuum distillation and aroma recovery. Blackberry and cherry give it generous fruit, with vanilla, oak spice, rosemary and black tea adding a savory edge. Dry and textured, it has the character to sit comfortably at the dinner table.
