A simple and easy to make risotto seasoned with rich Italian porcini mushrooms, onions, leeks and parsley. Made with high quality Italian Carnaroli rice, this risotto cooks in 18 - 20 minutes and will be perfectly creamy. Serve with parmigiano reggiano cheese.
