Dry Wit Pippi is a completely non-alcoholic sparkling botanical drink made in Minnesota from white pine tea, verjus, rice vinegar and salt. Bright, crisp and wonderfully dry, it has lively acidity and minerality with a distinctive resinous note from the pine. The verjus gives it the structure and tartness we look for in wine, while gentle carbonation keeps everything fresh and lifted. Rather than removing alcohol from finished wine, Dry Wit builds Pippi from the ground up using whole botanicals
