A simple and easy to make risotto seasoned with a Mediterranean flair: onions, olives, parsley carrots and tomatoes. Made with high quality Italian Carnaroli rice, this risotto cooks in 18 - 20 minutes and will be perfectly creamy. Serve with parmigiano reggiano cheese.
