19th C. Italian carved gold leaf Florentine frame

Available from Atelier Richard Boerth when we last checked. Sold from the shop’s own store; the price there is the one that counts.

This frame has a flat liner with a stylized overlapping leaf design above. Surrounded all around by high relief curling leaves protruding from a C scroll and leaves background. Original gilding.
