Domaine des Grottes L'Antidote is an organic, 0.0% sparkling botanical drink from Beaujolais, France, created by biodynamic winemaker Romain des Grottes. Rather than making a wine and removing the alcohol, he blends grape and apple juices with ginger, lemon and an infusion of herbs including thyme, rosemary, oregano, basil, chamomile, yarrow and verbena. Fresh apple and grape lead into citrus, ginger and a wonderfully wild, herbaceous character, with rosemary and thyme particularly noticeable. F
