Domaine EdeM N.0 ROSÆ is a delicate, pale salmon sparkling rosé made from 100% Airén grapes grown in La Mancha, Spain. The wine is gently dealcoholized using low-temperature vacuum distillation, then infused with natural rose petals and finished with fine bubbles. Fresh citrus, pear and melon meet elegant florals and subtle herbal spice, creating a sparkling rosé that feels bright, aromatic and distinctly grown-up. Why We Love It There's some serious wine thinking behind this bottle. Domaine Ede
