Early 19th C. English or American gold leaf cove frame with applied ornament.

Available from Atelier Richard Boerth when we last checked. Sold from the shop’s own store; the price there is the one that counts.

The frame’s cove profile has acanthus leaves and flowers with large shells at each corner.
