You asked for it! We've labored over the formulation that captures the essence of a classic Manhattan cocktail as a non-alcoholic elixir. Using port wine (alcohol-removed), grapes, raisins and our No.1 Bitter Formula we replicate the sweet vermouth flavor, enhanced with a bit of cherry. Aged in Willett bourbon barrels, it gains charred oak and vanilla notes, while our trademark No.1 Bitter Formula (the base of our No.1 Old Fashioned ) adds complex bitterness for balance.
