In traditional British homes, tea goes into the pot loose and is strained as it is poured into cups. This strainer, made of stainless steel mesh with patterned handles to hold it on the cup, comes complete with a drip-catching bowl. NOTE: this is NOT a basket-style infuser! It is too shallow to use as an infuser.
