Dr. Lo Alcohol-Removed Riesling is a still non-alcoholic Riesling from Germany's Mosel Valley, made by brothers Ernst and Thomas Loosen from 100% Riesling. Fresh apple and quince lead into pink grapefruit and subtle roasted almond, with the naturally high acidity of Mosel Riesling keeping the fruit bright and beautifully balanced. There's a little sweetness here, but plenty of acidity and a clean, lively finish keep it from feeling heavy. Why We Love It Riesling is particularly well suited to de
