Our Hojicha is made using a high-grade Kukicha from an early harvest. A high-temperature roasting process to turns this tea a rich toasty color, bringing out a rich aroma and flavor. The brew has a natural sweetness and a body-warming, roasted aroma, making this is a lovely, very low-caffeine evening treat that can be steeped multiple times.
