Domaine des Grottes Antilope is an organic, 0.0% sparkling botanical drink from Beaujolais, France, made with 70% herbal infusion and 30% grape, apple, lemon and passion fruit juices. Juniper and Scots pine give it a distinctly resinous, woodland character, layered with lemon verbena, yarrow, blackberry leaf and licorice, while gentian brings a beautiful dry bitterness to the finish.
