The red-amber cup is smooth, heavy-bodied, and fruity. It has a complex, rich taste - sweet and savory, with notes of stone fruit, molasses, and even cocoa. The lingering aftertaste will make you want to keep sipping. Although this oolong is dark, it is not at all roasted. No astringency or bitterness here!
