Monday Mezcal is a non-alcoholic agave spirit built for people who want the smoke, earthiness, and bite of mezcal in a cocktail without the alcohol. It opens with floral and fruit notes alongside agave nectar, then moves into fresh citrus, apple, roasted agave, pepper, and a distinct smoky finish. The profile is dry rather than sweet, with enough warmth and intensity to hold its own once you start mixing. Like most non-alcoholic spirits, the texture is lighter than traditional mezcal, so we thin
