This is a completely new derailleur specifically designed to be motor-driven rather than cable-actuated. Components powered by AXS allow for customization and adaptation to each rider’s preferences through the AXS App. The derailleur features a shorter cage that provides 10mm more ground clearance, along with increased chain wrap on the cassette, allowing it to sit slightly further forward and inboard compared to the mechanical Eagle. The Eagle AXS derailleur is equipped with an Overload Clutch
