Planes come in low over Airport Way S, where brick storefronts have held the same blocks since before Seattle annexed the place in 1910. Georgetown has never been fully absorbed: the old Rainier brewery anchors the north end, and Hat n' Boots, the giant cowboy landmark, sits a couple blocks off the strip in Oxbow Park.
