This is the corner of West Seattle that waits for the boat, Fauntleroy Way SW easing down through the trees to the Vashon ferry slip. Lincoln Park runs north from the dock past madrona bluffs, a beach path, and Colman Pool, filling with heated salt water at Point Williams since 1941. Coho still find their way back up Fauntleroy Creek.
