ABV 4.9% Inspired by some of the extra pale and dry lagers brewed in Japan, Ishikari humbly attempts to showcase the delicate balance of its style. Brewed with a grist of over 20% jasmine rice, gently hopped with Perle and Tettnang in the kettle, and fermented with our house lager strain, Ishikari is excessively drinkable and can be paired with any food. Light bodied, dry, floral, and just enough bitterness to maintain a crisp balance.
