Folklore for the PlayStation 3 is a dark fantasy action-RPG developed by Game Republic and published by Sony Computer Entertainment, set in the haunted coastal village of Doolin, Ireland. Two protagonists arrive at the village under very different circumstances: Ellen, a young woman who receives a cryptic letter from her deceased mother asking her to meet at the edge of the world; and Keats, a skeptical journalist for a paranormal magazine who gets a phone call claiming a murder has taken place
