Ura's Tingo María 70% Dark Chocolate delivers just that, with an intensely chocolatey flavor profile complemented by appealing nutty notes. Made with native cacao from Peru's Huánuco region, it's a reminder that even familiar chocolate flavors can have extraordinary depth. The cacao is cultivated by the Cooperativa Alto Huallaga in the tropical forests surrounding Tingo María, on the eastern slopes of the Andes.
