The Tanzanian sapphire is a top quality natural stone that has not been heated or treated in any way. The kite is set into an basket setting to allow the light to shine through the gemstone. The setting around the accent diamonds has hand engraved milgrain. The entire ring is made in your choice of recycled 14k yellow, rose, or peach gold or platinum with a round ri
