Leverpostei, or liver pâté, is a spread that's typically served with bread in many different ways. It can be served hot or cold and can be topped with a variety of accompaniments, such as: pickled beets or cucumbers, raw onions, fried onions, fried bacon, or slices of fresh cucumber.
