This custom leaf engraved setting features a gorgeous one of a kind 2.90 carat pear shaped brilliant cut sapphire. Flanked on either side of the pear are sparkly GHSI white round diamonds. The ring band has an intricate twisted design and the leaf engravings done entirely by hand . The entire ring is made of eco-friendly recycled 14k yellow gold.
