5.5% ABV Why late-season Chinook? The longer Chinook is allowed to hang on the bine, thew brighter and more pineapple-forward it becomes. While Chinook has a reputation for piney dankness, late-season Chinook is a delightfully differently fruity beast of a hop. To amplify said fruitiness, we finished this pale ale with Cryo Citra and Cryo Columbus.
