Developed by David Chang and the Momofuku goods team; steeped in nutrient rich Kombu-sea kelp-for 16 hours, resulting in a sharper, lighter flavor similar to soy sauce but does not include gluten. Ideal for adding depth and flavor to marinades, salad dressings, and all the classics like sushi.
