Vintage 1990s Washington test print tee. Single stitch! Tag cut out, but feels like 100% cotton, and measures out to a roomy medium. Fully reversible with different graphics on the other side! Paint stains here and there from the printing process, and a couple small holes on the collar, but overall in good vintage condition.
