Be warned: there is an immensely high caffeine content here! This earthy, minerally leaf reminds us of petrichor on the palate. If you need a buzz somewhere between black tea and coffee, this leaf may be for you! Ingredients: Yerba Mate Approximately 80mg of caffeine per cup Steep at 190° F or 87.8°C for 3-5 minutes
