If you’re new to clipless pedals or have limited knee mobility, the Shimano SM-SH56 SPD Multi-Release Cleat is an excellent option. It features a 13-degree clip-out angle and a multi-release function that allows you to disengage from your pedals by twisting your foot in either direction or by lifting and twisting your heel. This design makes it easy to quickly get out of your pedals whenever necessary.
